has been a member of the executive management of arvato ENTERTAINMENT since 2011 as vice president audio sales & customer services, and as such is responsible for the music and audio book customer segments. He was born on December 10, 1968 in Harsewinkel, North Rhine-Westphalia.

In 1988 Pollmeyer started to work for Sonopress GmbH as a material planner for graphic products. In the subsequent years he took over a variety of functions in the field of capacity management / production control and organised the outsourcing of production orders. In 2001 he became head of the capacity management department. In 2003 he took over full responsibility for the customer services sector and very successfully reorganised internal as well as external processes. In 2005 he took on additional responsibility for the coordination of customer service activities in Europe.

In January 2011 he was put in charge of the audio customer segment. Since then he has managed the distribution and customer service teams for Major Music labels, Independent labels and audio book customers. He was appointed to the executive management of arvato ENTERTAINMENT in January 2011.

Jörg Pollmeyer is married and father of two children.
